The Swift Shepherd Hut, a warm and rustic home-from-home!

If you have travelled a distance to us, start your shepherd hut experience with a hot drink as you take in the luxury and comfort of The Swift. An optional breakfast basket, made up of local produce, can be ordered to await you in the well equipped kitchen area that has everything you need for your stay.

Echoing the countryside that envelops the site, The Swift has been decorated with a country wildlife theme. With excellent attention to detail, The Swift’s woodland motifs, used throughout in the accessories, add a relaxed and eclectic feel to the hut, giving it a rustic and earthy style.

The Swift has double French doors, allowing you to welcome the outdoors in when the fancy takes you, and underfloor heating for when the evenings turn chilly; the double bed offers the perfect accommodation for two adults. To take in the beauty of the lake, romantically lit after dark, make yourself comfortable on your private patio and while away the evenings warmed by the log burning chiminea.
